Last week Emily Restifo, a colleague of mine, stopped by to see me at a Broker's Open House that I was hosting for one of my listings. We started chatting about the 'state of the market' here in New Canaan, and in our discussion she advised me of an upcoming symposium regarding that very issue ... does it make sense to buy? ... is it time to sell? ... presented by the New Canaan Chamber of Commerce and Moffly Media. A short synopsis, with pertinent details, follows ...
