An elderly man, who lives at and suffers from what police said was "mild dementia," allegedly assaulted a 21-year-old female employee on Saturday, Sept. 8, at around 8:30 p.m.
According to police, the employee heard the man having a disagreement with his roommate. Upon her trying to intervene, the man allegedly grabbed her hand and pulled her fingers back.
The case is closed and no charges will be filed, according to Sgt. Carol Ogrinc.
