Police Find Shoplifting Suspect Hiding in Storage Unit

Unusual arrests and investigations from the area.

Norwalk police say a box Federal Express delivered to a woman’s apartment may explain why her door was kicked in Saturday, with only the box missing afterward. Police say that on Saturday night, a box addressed to "Jillian Willks,” which is not her name—sealed with tape labeled "Fragile”—was delivered to her home. Someone at home heard a noise but didn’t investigate, and found out later that the front door had been kicked in, the package missing.
