Teen Accused of Impregnating 11 Year-Old Relative Arrested

The victim was being treated for an unrelated illness when doctors at Stamford Hospital discovered that she was pregnant, according to police.

A 15 year-old Stamford resident was arrested Thursday night for the alleged sexual assault of his 11 year-old relative that resulted in her becoming pregnant, according to Sergeant Joseph Kennedy.

The victim, Sgt. Kennedy said, was brought to Stamford Hospital in early June to be treated for an unrelated illness when her doctors discovered the pregnancy and contacted the department. The victim, who is also a Stamford resident and lives with the suspect, was later transported to Yale-New Haven Hospital for further treatment of the unrelated illness, Kennedy said.

Following an investigation, the suspect, whose name has not been released because he is minor, was charged with first-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor. He is currently being held at a Bridgeport detention center.

The exact length and extent of the alleged abuse has not yet been determined, Sgt. Kennedy said.

This is a fifteen year old, and I am certain you people are so flawless. Usually the ones who protest the loudest have something to hide. Juvenille detention.

And maybe psychiatric hospitalization. 15? This is what happens when you have 45 years of the sexual revolution.

This young boy may be 15 in age but not a mature 15 year old. Whatever the case is there are two young people who will need support. I would hold all judgment because he is still a child and so is she. Stop asking where are the parents! Every child learn how to hid things from watchful parents.
