A 19-year-old Stamord man was arrested on minor drug charges last week after police found some marijuana and smoking gear in his car.
Kevin J. DeRosa of Laurel Ledge Road at 10:03 a.m. on April 30 was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than .5 ounces of marijuana and failure to wear a seat belt.
He cut a turn too tight at Talmadge Hill and Old Stamford Roads, then the officer who pulled him over smelled marijuana and found a grinder in the center console of his car, police said.
