Two Found Shot to Death in Norwalk

Police are investigating whether it's a double homicide or murder-suicide.

Two people were found shot to death Saturday morning in a car parked on Avenue B in Norwalk, according to police.

A resident contacted police at around 7:45 a.m. to report there was a black car with a broken window and a person inside not moving, officials said.

Police Chief Harry W. Rilling said it's unclear if it's a double homicide or a murder-suicide.

The car was near the intersection of Avenue B and Crown Avenue. It was parked with the front end away from the curb, appearing as if it were in the midst of either being parallel parked or pulling away from the curb when the shooting occurred.

The other end of Avenue B intersects with Morton Street.
