Segundo L. Quiroga, 36, of Danbury was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a license (his second offense of that kind) following a report of a suspicious person on Dec. 1 at 4:35 p.m.
According to police, officers found Quiroga unconscious in his vehicle, which was running, in drive, and partially in the roadway along Oenoke Ridge Road.
Officers observed several opened beer cans as well as empty one-ounce shot bottles of various liquors.
According to police, Quiroga was showing many signs of intoxication and refused to perform field sobriety tests.
He was held on $250 bond and given a Dec. 10 court date.
