The Board of Selectmen, Board of Finance and the Town Council of the Town of New Canaan will hold a Special Joint Meeting Wednesday, Jan. 6, at 6 p.m. in the Douglas Room at the Lapham Community Center to review the Town-Wide Survey initiative approved at the previous joint meeting on July 22, 2009.
