A memorial service honoring former First Selectman Dick Bond will be held Jan 16. at 3 p.m. at the Congregational Church of New Canaan (note change of venue).
A streaming video of the service over the Internet is planned. Information will be posted on New Canaan's Web site, www.newcanaan.info, as it becomes available.
Bond was first selectman from 1996-2003. He passed away on Jan. 7 at the age of 83.
