The New Canaan DTC is hosting its seventh annual BBQ on Sunday, September 12th from 4 to 7 PM. Join us in Kiwanis Park to help get the 2010 campaign season in full swing. Meet fellow supporters of the Democratic ticket and the candidates themselves in a casual, fun environment.
Candidates expected to attend include: Jim Himes (US Representative), Nancy Wyman (Lt. Gov), George Jepsen (Att'y General), Denise Merrill (Sec. of the State), John Hartwell and Nancy Barton (CT State Senate), and William Tong (CT House).
Tickets are $30 (under 18 years old free) and benefit the DTC. Help us help the Democrats win in November, and have some fun on an early Autumn evening. Tickets are available from any DTC member, or by emailing bluecanaan@gmail.com.
