Planning and Zoning Commission Hearing to Discuss Jeliff Mill

Final Agenda Planning and Zoning Commission and Inland Wetlands Commission Special Meeting April 10, 2012 PUBLIC HEARING SPECIAL MEETING 7:00 P.M.

1. Upon application of Tim Hollister, Shipman & Goodwin LLP, Authorized Agent, representing Bryan and Cheryl Gardiner, owners, 41 Jelliff Mill Road and 47 Jelliff Mill LLC, owner, 47 Jelliff Mill Road, proposing a text amendment to the Zoning Regulations dated June 16, 2007, by adding Section 5.7, Mixed Income Housing Zone, pursuant to CGS 8-30g. (Continued from the January 24, 2012 Meeting, the February 21, 2012 Special Meeting and the March 27, 2012 Meeting).

2. Upon application of Tim Hollister, Shipman & Goodwin LLP, Authorized Agent, representing Bryan and Cheryl Gardiner, owners, 41 Jelliff Mill Road and 47 Jelliff Mill LLC, owner, 47 Jelliff Mill Road, to amend the Zoning Map dated June 18, 2005, as amended through January 1, 2012, by changing the zoning designation of 41 and 47 Jelliff Mill Road (Map 30 Block 11 Lots 31 and 221, respectively), to the proposed Mixed Income Housing Zone, pursuant to CGS 8- 30g. (Continued from the January 24, 2012 Meeting, the February 21, 2012 Special Meeting and the March 27, 2012 Meeting).
