Notice is hereby given that there will be a meeting of the Lakeview Avenue Bridge Arbitration Subcommittee of the Town Council on July 13, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. in the Auditorium of Town Hall for the following purpose:
Item 1: A continuation of the examination of the events surrounding the Lakeview Avenue Bridge Litigation. The Subcommittee will discuss the Lakeview Avenue Bridge Litigation with the Chair of Town Council, with the Chair of the Town Council’s Subcommittee of Public Works, with the Town Treasurer, and with the Town’s Auditors, McGladrey and Pullen.
