Your Health: One size does not fit all

Our fast paced life leads us to eat foods that are processed, with multiple ingredients that we cannot digest or pronounce. These foods create a variety of symptoms and drain our energy. Through my practice, I have found that not all wholesome foods like vegetables, fruits, grains, seafood, and meats work the same way in every person. What is good for your friend or family member, may not be good for you, and can actually create illnesses. Even when you think you are eating “clean” or “healthy,” you may be unknowingly contributing to inflammations in your body, making your health issues worse. If you are suffering from anxiety, fatigue, GERD, low blood sugar, brain fog, depression or weight gain, you may be suffering from food intolerances. At the Positive Health Center, I will customize your diet by identifying what foods are causing these health issues and prescribing enzymes to help you process them more efficiently.
