New Voters: Please Watch This Video...Then Register to Vote

If you are 18 years old – or will be by June 21 – I’d like to encourage you to become involved in civic life by participating in the where we will choose our candidate for . We need new voices to expand the way we solve problems and face our challenges, and young men and women have creative ideas to contribute to New Canaan’s future.  Your voice should be heard.

If you meet the age requirement and have not yet registered to vote – or are an unaffiliated voter – you may register as a Republican and participate in the Republican Caucus on July 19 at at 7 pm.  If you are out of town, you can participate in early voting on June 25 at Town Hall from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. or July 12 at Town Hall from 5 - 9 p.m.   

You can download a voter registration form from Mallozzi2011.com and mail it in (or walk it over to ) at least five days before the date you wish to vote.  If you will be 18 by November, or are a registered Democrat, I hope you will participate in the general election this fall. Our country and our communities need your enthusiasm, creativity and participation. New Canaan needs your voice.  I hope you’ll join me in bringing new ideas and people together to help shape our town’s future.
