An Architectural Perspective on Real Estate.  The elements that increase the curb appeal of your home.

Join Katie Orphanos, Architectural Designer and Realtor-Associate with Shore & Country Properties, for a review and illustration of design concepts that work together to create beautiful homes. The talk, titled “Façade Composition and Curb Appeal” will explore proportion, rhythm, balance, massing, detail, axis and focal point through diagram and description. I will choose at least one facade for analysis.
