Living People Thrive on Live Food

“Living People Thrive on Live Food” is the Health Matters Presentation at the Main Branch of the Fairfield Public Library on Tuesday, March 20 at 10:00 AM and Wednesday, March 21 at 7:00 PM, in the second floor Rotary Room.

This interactive nutritional presentation will focus on the connection between whole food nutrition and disease prevention. Topics covered will include: why proper nutrition is crucial for disease prevention; what is required for optimal health; how to make better food choices; how cutting edge research supports whole food nutrition; samples, solutions and resource handouts will be provided.

Nutritional Educators Micki Bello of Fairfield and Viviane Kaneff of New Canaan will take questions following the presentation.
