New Canaan Public Schools opened at their normally scheduled time Thursday, but announced that morning they'd be dismissing early due to impending inclement weather.
They will dismiss using a modified early dismissal schedule:
- New Canaan High School and Saxe grades 7 and 8 will dismiss at 11:30 a.m.
- Saxe grades 5 and 6 will dismiss at 12:20 p.m.
- South will dismiss at 12:15 p.m.
- East and West will dismiss at 1:05 p.m.
