Classes are taught in the Sturgess Room by a Pryority Fitness instructor. Vinyasa Yoga is a practice that links one's breath and movement. It tries to achieve balance between one's body and mind as well as freeing spiritual elements. Benefits of yoga include a complete feeling of relaxation, muscle toning, and improved muscle flexibility and strength. Yoga is the perfect mind, body, spirit exercise.
