New Canaan Boys Lacrosse Players Sign National Letters of Intent

Four members of New Canaan's boys lacrosse team signed National Letters of Intent this week, led by attackman Peter Kraus, who is headed to the Big Ten to play at Michigan.

The other three will be staying closer to home as midfielder John Brainard chose Massachusetts, attack/midfielder Matt Blasco picked Saint Joseph's in Philadelphia and Tom Carey opted for Bryant in Rhode Island.

The following New Canaan athletes have qualifying for the state Open girls diving and swimming championship, which takes place Saturday at 12 p.m. at Yale University:
