For the girls, New Canaan's Caroline Murray continued to dominate in the mid- to long-distance races, taking first in the Girls 1000 meter and 3200 meter competitions. New Canaan's Melanie Escalante also took two first place ribbons, winning the 300 meter dash and the 600 meter run. Emily Milano finished second in the girls shot put with a throw of 30'11". The New Canaan Girls 4x750 relay team also collected a gold early in the day, with a time of 9:47.9, decisively beating Fairfield Warde, Darien, and Wilton's A teams.

Sophomore Alex Spinu gathered a second place finish in the boys 1600 meter run and a 5th place finish in the 3200 meter race. New Canaan hurdlers Grayson Cordes and Will Guynn went 1-2 in the boys 45 meter hurdles.
