Victoria's Organic Green Pea Pesto

Don't know what to do with all of these wonderful summer vegetables?

Organic Green Pea Pesto

Don’t know what to do with all of these wonderful summer vegetables?  Here is a Pesto that you can make all year round.  Delicious!

INGREDIENTS

10 Ounces Organic Cooked Peas

2 Ounces Fresh Basil Leaves

10 Garlic Cloves

½ Cup Olive Oil

1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt

½ Teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper

1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

1 Cup Toasted Pistachios

You may use either organic fresh peas or frozen for this recipe.  Mix all of the ingredients in either a blender or food processor and puree. Makes about 2 cups.  Last night I tossed this pesto with 3 cups of cavatelli pasta (al dente) and it was
excellent.  Serves 4

Sounds great. Wish Me and my Wife and Child could come over for dinner one night. You could tell me all your recipes....I in turn could tell you all my woes in this miserable New Canaan town.

Please leave New Canaan Glen. I have not seen you post one thing of interest and no one wants to read your simple minded belly aching.

I'm sure your neighbors at School House would gladly pay your way out

Mr. Dunbar, you probably know that New Canaan is the Next Station to Heaven. Your problem is one of transportation. You got off the train too soon. Maybe Darien, Stamford or Greenwich is actually Heaven. Unfortunately, the train doesn't go to Wilton or Norwalk. Maybe you can hitchhike to Heaven if you can evade arrest by NCPD. They could provide you with free lodging and meals. If you are careful, maybe you can walk to Heaven. I hope you will be happy wherever you are. Good luck. Choose carefully.

School House use to be my neighboor. We sold that house that is being torn down. We moved to Condo. Yet, nobody told me about Capital gains. I wrote the IRS and let them know in no uncertain terms how I feel about it too (yea, really) I have no money to move and am stuck. Need FULL 100% bail out and an organization to get me started in my/our new life. Corps: Good Morning Sir/Madam. Darien would be nice. I prefer Wilton though. OR maybe a real fresh start in FL or AZ or CA. Problem is I'd have to give up going to The Met Opera.
