All the Things You Need to Know for a Great Week in New Canaan

It looks like the weather for the week in New Canaan kicks off with a sunny 66 degrees on Monday, and holds through Tuesday when rain arrives in the p.m. On Wednesday, the rain hangs around and temperatures drop to the mid-50s, where they stay through to the next weekend. At least the rain is predicted to move out for the rest of the week.

The Town Hall Building Committee meeting scheduled for Monday is cancelled, though the Inland Wetlands Commission meeting set for 7 p.m. at the New Canaan Nature Center is still on. The Board of Selectmen meets Tuesday morning at 9 a.m. at the Training Room of the police department. In the evening, a Planning & Zoning Commission special meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. at the nature center, followed by a regular meeting at 7 p.m.

The New Canaan Library has a full calendar this week, including Movies Mondays - Now You See Me at 4 p.m., free college planning classes on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. and Authors on Stage with Kathryn Livingston at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
