7 Fun Things to Do in New Canaan this Weekend

Hey New Canaan, Friday, Saturday and Sunday all linger in the low 70s, but it stays sunny all weekend. Evening temps dip to low 50s but also remain clear, according to Weather.com.

Check out the exciting Kicks for the Outback exhibition match at New Canaan High School between soccer coaches from New Canaan and Darien. Doors open at 6:15 p.m. and there's a $10 charge, or $40 per family, up to 6 people. Funds go to benefit the Outback. 

Time is running out for the outdoor Summer Farmer's Market in New Canaan, held every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Old Center School parking lot at the corner of South Avenue and Maple and Main Streets. 

On Friday, September 27, the YMCA is hosting its first Family Dinner Night of the 2013-14 school year from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. It's a free event open to all members of the community. Check here for details

The Wilton Parrot Rescue is visiting the Village Critter Outfit Saturday at 107 Cherry Street. This free event runs from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. and features adoptable parrots dedicated volunteers from the WPR!
