Jeanette Chen, Neighbor

I am a mother of four boys and wife to a loving, supportive husband, and have lived in New Canaan for over 19 years.  In my former life, I was a financial executive for 15 years. My second "career" has evolved over the past year as I launched a healthy living blog to promote health and wellness, and prevent disease and illness through healthy recipes.

My journey started several years ago when I started cooking for people with cancer. I researched foods that helped fight cancer and other diseases, and started creating recipes incorporating these foods. 

Then, one of my sons developed multiple food allergies at the age of 8, and I learned to cook without many of the top allergens. I have been learning to cook allergy-free foods
