Martha Perry, Neighbor

Martha Perry is a real estate columnist for New Canaan Patch.

She has been working in real estate for over seventeen years. For ten years she worked in international real estate as co-founder and owner of a Hong Kong real estate company representing international clients in the region. She counted among her top clients Credit Suisse First Boston and the prominent law firm Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom. Since moving back to this area in 2000 she has been selling real estate in New Canaan and Darien.

In addition to being a top producer for William Pitt-Sotheby's International Realty, she is the creator and author of the quarterly Sotheby's Fairfield County Real Estate Reports which provide in-depth data and analysis on the market. She is also author of the New Canaan Market Watch, an up-to-the minute publication that she distributes weekly.  

Martha is a graduate of Rollins College in Winter Park, FA and earned her MBA from the London Business School  She lives in New Canaan with her husband and three children.
