Paska is a Convivio volunteer, mother of 2 grown sons, 2 growing dogs and co-owner with her sister, Lena Gjonaj, of a business that coaches individuals on how to explore, research and start a franchise.  
Paska is also a SCORE volunteer and 3 time cancer survivor impassioned to teach others that surviving is not an option and thriving is the only choice.
